Summer yoga - Yang to Yin

A beautiful morning workshop, to welcome the upcoming season of summer with Shelly.

An uplifting, gently energising, hatha flow will start the morning, tapping into the energy of summer to inspire a deeper connection to nature & ourselves. We will then transition into a slower, passive, deep yin practice. This will be mindful, nourishing &
full of insight. Pranayama, meditation & guided deep relaxation will complement the asana for a complete soul practice.

Being outside in nature is the perfect and natural complement to yoga, to move, breathe, notice & be!
Finished with herbal water & treats.

Find your inner equilibrium; energising & restoring, outward & inward, warm & cool, flowing & still.
