After 2 sell-out years, The Wild Within Retreat is back for 2025.
This retreat is a weekend connecting with your intuition with nature and your Higher-self. Inspired by Shamanic traditions you are invited to listen to your heart, connect with your Guides & Ancestors and feel the beating heart of Mother Earth. Held within private woodland, you can spend time off grid and be powered by Universal life force.
You’ll be invited to experience journeys, meditations & intuitive practise. Exploring conscious rest & energy work, allowing the outside chatter to diminish. Be supported to feel greater strength and clarity and to create the transition and transformation you may seek. Unpeel any layers of self-limiting beliefs, build empowerment and feel the wild call.
Each day will include breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Practices include journaling, intuitive sessions, energy clearing, woodland connection, guided meditations and free time to explore within the tree’s. We will honour our inner Wild One at our Shamanic inspired Fire Ceremony, igniting the fire in your belly and setting intentions. The powerful connection of drumming, mimics the heartbeat and invites you to shake yourself free of whatever no longer serves you.

Wilderness Woods, Hadlow Down
Wilderness Woods is a private woodland in East Sussex. There is a cafe and woodcraft team on site. The woods will be open to walkers during the daytime but we will have exclusive use of the sheltered spaces.
All activities will be outdoors, however should the be weather turn extremely wet or cold we will have use of the Barn. We will try to embrace all the elements.
