Sauna Camp 2026 is an intimate international gathering for sauna enthusiasts and practitioners who want a genuine chance to connect, share, and go deep into the heart of sauna culture. Over three warm and welcoming days at Wild Spa Wowo we’ll explore authentic and traditional sauna practices through presentations, talks, Q&As, workshops, rituals, sauna experiences, and hands on trainings.
This is not a big festival, but a spacious, full-bodied, all-inclusive experience where everyone can meet, learn from one another, and feel part of a close knit community. Sauna Camp brings together a diverse network of global sauna geeks and wisdom-keepers, each offering their own unique perspective, while helping to inspire and support the evolving UK sauna scene. A gathering for connection and depth.
