'Merkaba' is an immersive group workshop, designed in the form of a board game, that helps you explore, grow, and reconnect with your true self. Guided by our experienced and qualified team, and enriched with sound healing and grounding activities, you’ll take part in playful, thoughtfully crafted exercises to build self-awareness and self-regulation skills—supporting your wellbeing and balance in daily life.
The overall experience is inspired by the five elements—earth, air, fire, water, and space—and invites you to discover how these elements live within your body, mind, and spirit. With the support of experienced practitioners and the power of group connection, we’ll journey inward together and emerge transformed.
