Registered Nutritionist Kate at Eat Drink Think Nutrition offers expertly personalised 1:2:1 Nutritional Therapy Programmes oriented exclusively to your health aspirations, concerns and goals.
Using the power of nutrition, food, diet and lifestyle, Kate will work collaboratively alongside you to optimise your health status through tailoring your Nutritional Therapy Programme to
support your specific biochemistry and help you achieve a healthspan worthy of you!

Kate offers three distinct Nutritional Therapy Programmes, each preceded by a complimentary 30 minute online Discovery Chat.

Every Initial Nutritional Therapy Consultation is 90 minutes of focused 1:2:1 attention, followed by a series of 60 minutes Follow-Up 1:2:1 Consultations.

Kate can hold your Consultations at The Cuckfield Clinic any time between 1000h-1600h on weekdays, and online in the evenings and on Saturdays.
