Buxted Patient Participation Group Meeting

Come and hear what the practice and Patient Participation Group have been doing on your behalf in the last year and our plans for the future. There will also be a Q&A Session hosted by Dr Sarah Perry (GP Partner) and Charlotte Luck (Practice Director)

It will be great to see our patients where they can hear first hand about what's been happening at the practice and meet team members.

Refreshments will be available. Advance notice of attendance is helpful for catering purposes but not compulsory. Refreshments available on a first come first served basis.
