What happens?
🪔We explore the question Who am I? through the history of spiritual thought, sharing the views presented in the classical Hindu darshanas: Samkhya & Yoga, and counter-balancing that with Advaitha Vedanta. Then we share the contrarian view offered by the Buddha.
🪔This is within the Indic system, we also present the Abrahamic viewpoint as also some of the Greek philosophical ideas. This is the Ancient Wisdom part of the workshop.
🪔After reflecting on this, we tread modern Psychology viewpoints of the mind, Quantum physics fundamentals to explore matter and culminating in Neuroscience, along with what AI means to the idea of Consciousness.
🪔The workshop begins with Classical Pranayama and closes with Silent Meditation.
