What is Shadow Work?
Shadow Work is the practice of exploring the parts of ourselves we’ve hidden, suppressed, or rejected—often unconsciously. These “shadows” shape our triggers, relationships, and life patterns. They define much of our our lives.By bringing awareness and compassion to them, we open the door to deep healing, integration, and freedom.
