Yoga Nidra, the yoga of sleep, is a liminal practice — a threshold between waking and sleeping — that restores, reveals, and reconnects.
As your body sleeps and your mind remains awake and aware, you access a potent inner landscape of your own making, where insights and truth arise.
The live setting offers a shared sanctuary of compassionate presence — a place where our nervous systems co-regulate and our hearts remember.
Together, we’ll enter a field of depth, guided by breath, intention, and inner wisdom.
These sessions are for healers, seekers, and anyone longing to feel deeply resourced again.
Every evening begins with intention-setting, flows into guided rest, and closes with a spacious integration circle.
