This 3-hr workshop offers powerful strategies to combat overthinking and provides proven techniques to increase productivity, emotional well-being, and the overall quality of your life experience. Activities include future-self visualizations, ideal day planners, the worry box technique, plus deep guided meditations to come out of identification with the mind. Participants will walk away deeply invigorated and inspired to take life by the horns, no longer letting thoughts get in the way of manifesting their best life possible. Please bring your favorite journal and something to write. Come prepared to do deep inner work and release all that is holding you back.
