This powerful workshop explores yogic concepts of “Dharma and Karma” and how we can apply this to move forwards into 2025.

Do you ever get caught up with wondering why certain events are happening to you? Perhaps you don’t feel totally aligned with what you are truly passionate about and yet aren’t sure how to make it happen?

Dedicate a morning to harness the power of intention to be clear on what is really valuable to you, what is really important and how to carry this forward into the next cycle.



The workshop includes:
A short yoga practice to help you embody your resolve which you can take away and practice daily

Yoga Nidra for insight, clarity and direction

An introduction to the yogic concept of “Dharma” (duty/ order).

A deeper understanding of “Karma” (action and specifically cause and effect from past, present and future)

Guidance to review the past year and illuminate the year ahead

If you are eager to move forwards into the New Year in the direction of your choice, break unhelpful habits and patterns and realize the power of your deep beliefs to effect reality then this workshop is for you!
