InnerGuidance Breakthrough Workshop: Transformational Coaching & Journaling with Amara Samata
Many of us long for more clarity and peace inside to make decisions we can truly stand behind, and to feel confident in the direction we choose. This is the path of discernment: learning how to recognize what’s right for you, beyond confusion, fear, or old defense patterns.
This weekly workshop introduces the InnerGuidance Method™ Level One, a proven framework for guided journaling, “parts-work” reflection, and inner re-negotiation. Based on ancient Buddhist principles and modern psychology, this process has been refined in more than 10 years and 2000 private sessions with people from 35+ countries, helping them uncover the root causes of inner struggle and align with their deeper truth and potential.
Through each session, you’ll learn how to:
- Accelerate clarity, inner peace, and confidence in your decisions
- Recognize and move beyond fear, doubt, and limiting defense patterns
- Build discernment for more authentic choices in your personal, relational, and professional life
- Create a strong foundation for living with integrity, resilience, and self-trust
Monthly Themes:
1st Tuesday: Security, Safety & Success – From sabotage to genuine success; break free from limiting patterns and step into your potential.
2nd Tuesday: Love & Relationships – From fear to love; reframe past experiences and open to healthier, more authentic connections.
3rd Tuesday: Freedom – From false to true; discover the way out of fear and doubt and embrace the courage that leads to genuine freedom.
4th Tuesday: Training & Advanced Teachings Day (9 a.m.–5 p.m.) – A deeper full-day immersion for advanced practice and integration.
Each session combines principles of change dynamics, a structured journaling practice, and guided integration, so you leave not only with new insight but also with practical tools to support your growth and evolution.
