This 100-hour training is for teachers who want to evolve their practice and teaching skills into something more inclusive, creative and intelligent.

The tools and methods used in this training are meant to enhance your experience on and off the mat, how to move in a dynamic way using spirals, fluidity, resistance, clever core, and bringing the felt senses into your daily practice.

We will learn intelligent techniques to move our joints, astute anatomy, fluid flow, soft and strong sails of tension, manual and non-manual support, moving from alignment into arrangement, and how to manage and deal with physical pain and discomfort.

This training will enrich your body intelligence, increase internal awareness, encourage you to break down the walls of conformity, and enter into a vast realm of experiencing your body like never before.
