In this workshop, we will engage in Bhakti kriya yoga—specific sets of exercises, breathing techniques, and movements designed to unlock energy channels within the body.

This practice stimulates areas of the brain and enhances the production of chemicals associated with a blissful experience, including increased levels of dopamine, and endorphins. It facilitates the release of repressed emotions that have built up in various parts of the body, promoting a profound sense of well-being.

Followed by a soulful sound healing journey completes the transformative experience. It's deeply restorative for your whole well-being. The sound frequencies restore harmony.
