Our opening class is on Sunday, September 7 at 9:00 am 💛.

From then on, join us every Thursday at 10:45 am and Sunday at 9:00 am for a nurturing practice made for new moms. Babies are always welcome — but you’re just as welcome to come on your own for an hour of self-care and connection. 🧘‍♀️👶🌸
