The Tyler Tomorrow Comprehensive Plan Open House has been rescheduled for Thursday, Feb. 5, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Tyler Chamber of Commerce’s Genecov Room, located at 315 N. Broadway Ave.
The vision for the Tyler Tomorrow Comprehensive Plan continues to take shape. At the open house, various strategies will be showcased for housing, land use, transportation, economic development, public infrastructure, and other related topics, as outlined in the Comprehensive Plan. Community members will have the opportunity to share their input on the priorities for Tyler over the next 20 years.
The Tyler Tomorrow Comprehensive Plan will serve as a roadmap through 2045, covering everything from housing and land use to transportation, economic development, and public infrastructure. It builds on the foundation of the Tyler 1st Comprehensive Plan from 2007 and related area plans, reflecting new data, new opportunities and the changing needs of the community.
