Take the Step 2025 is a one-day job skills and job fair event designed to support individuals in East Texas who are ready to take their next step toward employment and stability. Whether you're looking for a job, need interview clothing, or could use a little help getting started—this event is for you.

Located at the First Christian Church of Tyler in the Christian Life Center on campus, attendees will have access to:

• On-site job applications with local employers
• Free interview-ready clothing
• Resume building and job coaching assistance
• Referrals to essential services such as housing, food, transportation, and more

This event is open to anyone in need—early registration is encouraged. We believe that everyone deserves the tools and support to succeed, and Take the Step 2025 is here to help you move forward with confidence.
