Spring Break Acro Trick Clinic

Our Acro Tricks Clinic will focus on developing the control, balance, and body awareness athletes need to perform beautiful, powerful acrobatic skills. This clinic is perfect for cheerleaders, dancers, and athletes who want to improve their flow, transitions, and performance quality on the floor.
Athletes will work on:
Walkovers, handstands, and bridge work. aerials, and more with proper technique and safe progressions.

This clinic emphasizes clean execution, control, and confidence, helping athletes move with purpose.
