Spring Break Jumps Clinic

Power. Height. Precision.

Our Jump Clinic is designed to help athletes improve their jump height, technique, and performance quality so their jumps stand out on the floor and on the score sheet.

Athletes will focus on:
Proper arm placement and swing
Explosive take-off and landing technique
Toe point and leg position
Core engagement and body control
Conditioning drills that increase height and stamina
Clean timing and sharp motions

This clinic is about more than just jumping, it’s about learning how to jump with power, control, and confidence.
