Be The Light at the Zoo!

Join us on May 10th for Be the Light at the Zoo! In East Texas, there are over 1,200 children in foster care with half of them being sent out of East Texas for care. We can all Be the Light for children and their families by raising awareness, supporting families, advocating, or becoming foster or adoptive families.

May is Foster Care Awareness Month and we want our community to join us at the Caldwell Zoo for a day of awareness to learn more about how we can all Be the Light! This event is open to EVERYONE regardless of if you are currently involved in foster care because we believe that everyone can do something!

Register below for your discounted Caldwell Zoo pass and you will receive a t-shirt (while supplies last) and a discounted Caldwell Zoo pass (while supplies last)! Take part of our Awareness event at the Piney Woods Pavilion (special parking and entry by the Sonic near the Zoo) and then stay the rest of the day enjoying the Zoo!
