Sunrise Yoga on the Beach

Sunrise Yoga is the perfect way to start your day! Classes are led by Danette Bauer of Dani B Yoga! Dani's sunrise beach yoga classes are a slow flow vinyasa practice during the first light of the day. Expect movement and breath that promote connection

We will meet on the beach at 18th street! Park in the Strand Ave parking lot (16th-18th street) take the 18th street beach access onto the beach and look for us to the left of the walkway. Parking fees are from 8 AM to 8 PM. I recommend using the Park TYB app to pay for parking. Most sunrise classes are done before 8:00 AM!

No need to preregister! Community classes are pay what you can donation based! Bring cash or you can pay through Venmo.
