Full Moon Yoga on the Beach

Join us for yoga on the beach under the Full Sturgeon Moon! Laurie will be leading the practice! You can expect a fun and beginner friendly practice.

Very Important! Please read! Absolutely no flash photography or ambient phone lights during the class! It’s turtle nesting season and we don’t want to scare off any turtles or confuse any possible nests! If you must bring a flashlight make sure it’s covered with red wrap. There should be plenty of light though from the moon and flashlights not needed!

Come take deep breaths by mother ocean with us while we watch the full moon rise over the Atlantic while the sun sets behind us.

This event is kid friendly!

Suggested donation is $15, $20 or $25. Donate what you can!

We will meet on the beach near the 19th Street and Chatham Ave beach access. Park at 18th street (bathrooms), 19th street or Chatham Ave parking lots.

Bring a large beach towel or tapestry, water and dress in layers!
