Warm Fit Flow

This is a vinyasa based yoga class with a strong emphasis on progressing =flexibility, strength and yoga pose prowess. The class length is 60 minutes. The room is heated at 90 degrees without humidity. We believe in listening to your body so please take breaks as often as needed on your own. The floor is not heated to allow flow of air.
