Depression & Anxiety Workshop w/ CRHS HOSA

Join students from Canyon Ridge High School's Future Health Professionals for this two-part educational, hands-on workshop! In these sessions, you’ll learn the signs of anxiety & depression and gain simple tools and activities to help manage them effectively. Tues, Dec. 2nd from 5 PM - 7 PM & Thurs, Dec. 18th from 6 PM - 8 PM. Teens and adults welcome.
