Sound Bath & Guided Meditation with Charlie Dean

Join Charlie for a transformative sound bath session and experience the power of sound to heal, soothe, and inspire.

Yoga mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own, if you prefer. Please bring any blankets, yoga blocks, eye pillows or drinks that you would like. Please also bring whatever notebook, paper or device you like to use for journaling.

Please note this is not suitable during pregnancy.
