No experience needed.

Whether you’re brand new to mantra or already love chanting and sound, you’re welcome here.

✨ What to Bring

A cosy blanket or shawl, water, and anything that helps you feel comfortable.

Wear warm, soft clothing to relax in.

🎶 Optional:

If you have a drum, rattle, or any instrument you enjoy using with mantra, feel free to bring it along — we welcome shared sound and co-creation.
