Ready to reconnect with your breath, focus, and inner strength? Join me for our next cold water immersion session.
This session is perfect for first-timers or people who like to improve their techniques.
We start with an introduction to the yogi approach to master your Mind, your breath and your body.
Then enter the ice water (2–3 °C) with guidance and support. The immersion lasts up to 6 minutes, one person at a time, in a safe and mindful setting.
We work with the cold shock effect. This practice helps build resilience, clarity, energy, and calm, while giving your body a powerful reset and a long list of health benefits.
After, you can enjoy a sauna session to rebalance your body temperature.
