Each circle is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to the wisdom within. Together, we move through a carefully curated journey that blends conscious movement, stillness, and soulful connection.

Opening Soham Meditation – anchor into presence and breath

Somatic Yoga – release tension, awaken energy, and embody your “I Am”

Heart Circle Sharing – a safe space to be seen, heard, and held
