First Course: Roasted Pear Amuse Bouche 💋
🍐 Pear roasted to softness, layered with onion jam, Brie, walnuts, herbs, crisp wonton, and a touch of balsamic.
Second Course: Salmon Gravlax
🌊 Silken salmon meets chèvre mousse and cucumber curls, nestled beside golden blinis (crepes).
Main Course: Beef Wellington
🥩 A decadent flaky crust encasing prime beef, served with velvety parsnip purée, glazed carrots, and a bold demi-glace.
Dessert: Aniko’s Hazelnut Mocha Torte
🍰 A rich, dense, multi-layered cake made with grounds nuts.
