Following the success of our first Mystery Chef’s Table, our favourite mystery chef returns to Cube to deliver another unforgettable dining experience. Savour the deep and comforting flavours of the cool season with a three-course culinary journey that explores the forest floor, the bounty of the land, and the primal warmth of the hearth.
ON THE MENU
🍄🟫 First Course: ‘Chicken of the Woods’ Mushroom Soup
The foundation is a rich, clear Mushroom Broth, steeped with the deep, earthy essence of woodland fungi. This earthy soup is accompanied by a crisp Lichen Cracker, offering a whisper of the wild, mossy terrain.
🐂 Main Course: Fresh Pappardelle with Slow-braised Oxtail
Enright Oxtail is the centerpiece, delivering incredible depth of flavor. It is tossed with freshly made Pappardelle, which catches the sauce beautifully. The dish is finished with vibrant, local spinach, providing a fresh contrast to the rich, dark sauce.
🍯🍫 Dessert: Bittersweet Symphony
Dark chocolate and burnt honey form the base of this dessert, its intensity complemented by notes of smoke and caramel. Earthy, sweet beets add an unexpected, beautiful, and grounding flavor that balances the richness of the chocolate and honey.
