MWMF 2025
Midwest MuleFest. A five day gathering planned for the fall of 2025. This will be a mules only camping and trail ride weekend in central Missouri at an equestrian campground with water/electric, 176 covered stalls, limited primitive camping will be available by preference or if all electric sites are sold out. Shower House, Dining Hall and food vendors. Generators will be allowed in the primitive camping area if they are quiet ones. Any guests staying in the primitive area will be allowed to trailer tie. Equestrian campground has access to 100 plus miles of trails and 30 plus miles of wagon trails.

FOR ALL EQUINES - participating in Mule Games and/or Trail Riding. ANY ANIMAL COMING FROM A CONFIRMED OR PENDING VS COUNTY MUST HAVE HEALTH CERTIFICATE THAT IS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DEPARTURE DATE. (if you have any questions what you are needing contact Melinda Burgoon at 573.793.2372)
Clinics will be scheduled throughout the week/weekend.
Vendors in attendance will be listed throughout the year as they sign up.
*Panther Creek Dining Hall - Dinner Sat night.
*Ronnis Cookie Dough for breakfast/lunch/dinner and desserts
Ronnis start serving at breakfast and stops when the camp settles in for the night.
There will be a cookout on Saturday night by Panther Creek Dining Hall for $15 per person. Cookout menu will be available at the event.
Cost to attend the Midwest Mule Fest is $5 per person in addition to camping fees. Clinics presented during the Midwest Mule Fest will be free to watch for event attendees. This year The Ruby Games have been suspended but will resume in 2026. In place of The Ruby Games will be a mule/fun show. We will still have Woodrows Poker Run Halter Class. Mule Soccer Games if there is interest and enough players. Mulemanship clinics for kids and adult attendees are also welcome to participate.

Obstacle Course Games to resume in 2026.
The Mule Games of 2025 kick off on Friday and end Saturday. To play the Mule Games one must simply be present and participate. There is a poker run also. Mule Games Winners will receive prizes and ribbons that are awarded at the dinner Saturday night in the Panther Creek Dining Hall. Woodrows Poker Run is a cash win prize.
There is an information packet that attendees get when they check in.
The information packet includes where/when to participate in the Mule/Fun Show, Mule Soccer, Woodrows Poker Run, clinics, awards dinner and other useful information.
MidWest MuleFest is dedicated to keeping this mule festival about trail riding, mule games, the awesome mules and those who love them.
Event Vendors - Vendors with mule specific items will be set up in a vendor area. There will be various types of merchandise but all of the vendors and their wares will be specific to mules and mules only. (If you are a vendor interested in this event you can contact us via email at

Itinerary will be in with the information packet at the event when you check in.
Spend your evenings enjoying the company of others. There will be campfires, storytelling and many friends made. If you play an instrument, please bring it along. We will have a central fire in the mule camp and live music around the fire played by attendees.
*Dogs will be welcome in camp but not on trails or off leash.
