We’re thrilled to welcome esteemed author Ken Baumann to the Douglas County Museum! He’ll be here to talk about the second edition of his book "Arming the Suckers", which is armed with more new and exciting information!

✅ Books will be available for purchase and signing by Ken himself.

An exciting addition...🍴 Just before the event, from 11 AM–2 PM, we’ll have a Pork Chop Drive-Through over at the Moose Lodge! Grab a delicious lunch and then head inside for the program. (Tickets must be purchased in advance, so don’t wait as sales end Saturday, September 13th!)

It’s going to be a great afternoon of history, good food, and community. We hope to see you there!
