On Tuesday the 9th of September 1001 is returning back to Sunny St Leonards after a holiday with our friends at The Bluebell Railway.
As a result we are happy to announce we’ll be providing a unique one way positioning move charter from The Bluebell Railway to Hastings as 1001 returns home.
1001 will commence its journey from East Grinstead at 1100, where she will at 1200 begin her journey back to Sunny St Leonards.
At 1200 1001 will depart Sheffield Park before entering the mainline at East Grinstead at 1336, where we then provide an opportunity to join or leave the train.
We then run non-stop London Victoria arriving at 14:51 then departing at 15:18 running to Hastings via Redhill.
Passengers can join us from the bluebell at East Grinstead or Sheffield Park or alternatively at East Grinstead’s mainline station or London Victoria.
This charter is payable onboard on the day and fares are as follows:
To/from bluebell destinations £20.00
Bluebell Stations/East Grinstead to London or Hastings £40.00
London to Hastings: £40.00
All accommodation is standard class and availability is done on a first come first serve basis. Journeys from London are subject to availability aboard the train upon arrival.
