You’re warmly invited to the first session of our new monthly chanting circle — a heart-centred space to soften, connect, and experience the healing medicine of sound.

Chanting helps calm the mind, soothe the nervous system, and open us to deeper presence.

This month, we honour the compassionate energy of Green Tara- chanting Om Tare Tuttare Ture Swaha - a mantra of protection, clarity, and courageous Love ❤️

No experience needed — simply come as you are.

🧘‍♀️ Please bring: yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water.
Optional: wear something green or bring a green crystal 👗👑☘️💚❇️
