Experience a unique evening within our Suspended Aerial Hammock Sound Journey Event.
What to Expect:
Aerial Yoga Hammock Introduction & gentle stretches with Diego (10 minutes): Begin by acquainting yourself with the yoga hammock in a relaxed atmosphere. Engage in gentle stretches to prepare your body for the upcoming experience.
Guided Sound Journey Session (45 minutes) with Francesco: Experience the soothing sounds of the Hang Drum, Ocean Drum and Flute.
Mindful Levitation: Float effortlessly, allowing the gentle rocking to ease away any tension and stress.

In this suspended sanctuary, time dissolves, as the soothing sounds caress your senses, allowing you to release, rejuvenate, and reconnect within. Find tranquility in the subtle sway of your hammock, as if cradled by the cosmos.
As you surrender to the cosmic embrace , let the transformative energies guide you to a state of profound relaxation. -Allowing yourself to be suspended in a moment of timeless bliss.
PLEASE NOTE:
1) Strictly no latecomers! - Please arrive on time! Unfortunately, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will not be allowed entry (and there can be no refunds if you are more than 10 minutes late, very sorry!) as we need to make it a calm & peaceful space for people who are already here.
3) Please only arrive 5 minutes before the start of the session as to not interrupt previous one.
4) Clothing: Please wear a sleeved shirt that covers the armpits and leggings or yoga trousers that cover your knees. Bring a blanket and eye pillows if you wish. Ensure that your clothing is "zipper free" and remove all jewellery (body piercings, watches and hair clips etc). These items can snag and damage the silk hammocks.
5) Weight limit is up 300 pounds (140kg).
6) This session is not suitable for people with pacemakers and other therapeutic electronic devices or persons suffering from severe mental health issues due to the vibratory nature of the session. Please seek advice from your GP if you have any concerns prior to attending our session.
7) Sorry, no refunds on cancelled bookings.

Francesco and his sound project The Wave. Utilizing the hang drum also known as a hand pan and the sounds of the ocean drum, shamanic drum and native American flute.
