Wellbeing workshops - Supporting Young Women to Thrive

All of our work is framed by the question “What are your gifts and how will you use them?”

Our series of 4 FREE group sessions is aimed at young women between the ages of 10 and 13.

During these sessions they can:
Craft and chat!
Build self-awareness
Explore their identity, their gifts and their challenges
Learn simple ways to handle stress & big emotions
Build confidence
Learn how to handle tricky relationships
Understand their amazing brain
Learn self-esteem and self-care
Communication, core values and goal setting

Led by experienced, caring facilitators. Confidential, relaxed, and totally FREE.
