A Life In Tandem with Live Director Q&A (12A) helping raise money for Cancer charities

Director Mike Rumsey brings his latest film to his hometown, telling the extraordinary true story of Luke, diagnosed with incurable stage 4 cancer aged just 24. Given months to live, he sets off on a 20,000-mile cycle from Bristol to Beijing - on a tandem. He cycles with over 800 people across the world - from the Indian schoolboy who'd had cancer to the Ukrainian pastor in the last days of peace. During this journey Luke rebuilds his strained relationship with his Mum and shows the world that even with cancer, anything is possible. With post-film Q&A with Luke and Mike.

£2 from every ticket will go to the local East Grinstead Rotary Club chosen charity Cut Out Cancer raising money for hi tech equipment for their new cancer unit Royal Surrey Hospital.

Plus is a fundraising page for the two cancer charities that the film supports MOve Against Cancer and Young Lives v Cancer. We will be open to donations on the night.
