Skate for Fun and Fitness

Have you ever been curious about roller derby? But afraid to get hurt?

Well now is your chance!

Starting Thursday, August 21- October 2
7-9PM every Tuesday and Thursday.

Sintral Valley Derby will teach you how to skate and what roller derby is all about!

We have created a recreational team that is for people of all genders to learn how to skate, meet rad people, and get a full body workout in the process.

You choose how involved you want to be after the 6 week program.
