🌟 Advanced Ballet – Pre-Pointe Conditioning

This advanced ballet class is designed to strengthen the foundation behind elevated technique. Dancers focus on pre-pointe conditioning, stability, and articulation to support clean lines, controlled balances, and safe progression toward pointe work. Expect detailed center work, intentional strength training, and a deeper awareness of how technique, alignment, and power work together. This class challenges dancers to move with precision, endurance, and maturity.

📅 When: Wednesdays at 7 PM
📍 Where: Alegria Performing Arts Academy
🎀 What to Bring: Ballet shoes, water, hair secured, and a focused mindset
✨ Spring Break: No class April 3rd–9th
