A guided evening of stillness, intuitive touch, and immersive soundscapes.
This small group healing session combines easy yin yoga poses with gentle touch based on Thai Yoga Massage and Bodywork manual techniques. While you are being moulded into the soft shapes, live sound healing will surround you with the soothing resonance of gongs and bowls.
This isn’t a yoga class. It’s not a massage workshop. This is time for you to receive!
