Voimaannuttavassa ja rentouttavassa illassa saat mahdollisuuden "ladata akkuja", rentoutua luvan kanssa ja löytää sisäistä voimaa. Satu soittaa illan aikana rumpua ja Katja äänimaljoja. Illan aikana tehdään myös mm. visualisaatio, jossa keho ja mieli saavat lisää hyvää oloa ja rentoutusta.
