Beginning Machine Applique for Quilters

Join Annette Swartz, owner of the popular Bird Haven Quilting for a series of 4 quilting applique classes. You would have seen some of her beautiful work at Tupper Arts!

In this special event mini-series you will construct and complete a basic quilted pillow cover with an appliqued center. You will also walk away with a better understanding of common quilting terminology, differnt parts of a quilt and how those parts fit together to make a finished quilt.

Machines will be supplied, but bring your own if you prefer.

What to bring to class:

-A 16x16 pillow form

-Pair of scissors

-A willingness to learn and a sense of fun!
