Event Overview:
Calling all popcorn poppers and big mountain climbers! We're making waves at the park, and everyone is invited!
Join with Get Out! Tunkhannock volunteers and friends from the community for Parachute Out! - Parachute Party At The Park. This event will feature gym-class style parachute games that are fun for the whole family. Get Out! Tunkhannock will provide parachutes in two XL sizes-- 24ft (great for elementary-age children), and the mega-size jumbo 35 footer (perfect for big groups, older kids, and adults-- this is literally the biggest parachute we could find), as well as balls and game accessories. All ages are welcome. Get Out! Tunkhannock will also provide field-day style snacks and drinks.
This is a Play-Your-Way community event. Registration is not required for this activity, but appreciated to aid in planning. Get Out! Tunkhannock will organize and provide all materials for Parachute Out!, and will provide in-activity organization for the games, but will not otherwise manage or provide monitored care for participants. Parents/guardians are required to attend this event, and are responsible for the safety and well-being of their children.
