PSYCHEDELIC BREATHWORK:

We will do a psychedelic breathing session, this is a type of breathing based on ancestral and contemporary techniques to experience a non-ordinary state of consciousness, it is the activation of DMT in your body in a completely natural way. This technique is practiced as part of personal growth, as well as a therapeutic exercise for those seeking to heal negativity and trauma, it is the connection with the subconscious, we give permission to our body to emerge the emotions that we want to alchemize.

The session is done lying in savasana, with an intention of surrender. Throughout the session, a playlist will play, specially selected to help us delve deeper into our personal work, since the sound vibrations will help our journey go deeper.

At the end of the session, with our emotions and visions still present, we will capture them in an art painting, for a better integration of the experience. We will close the work by sharing if you wish with the group.

The sessions last approximately an hour and a half, it is advisable to bring comfortable clothing to breathe widely and lie down, come well hydrated, do not consume alcohol or drugs before and after the session, eat a garter belt up to 2 hours before, and let go of all expectations. So give permission to your body and emotions to express themselves from your soul.

Breathwork is a powerful breathing practice that is not recommended for the following conditions: pregnancy, epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, high internal eye pressure, clinical anxiety or panic attacks, psychosis, history of stroke, recent surgery (injuries , broken bones still healing).
