Come join us at this Urban Sketchers Tulsa event where we will draw or paint what we see. Free to participate!
- We will check in at Christ the King Church at 9:30 am on Saturday, August 16, 2025, address: 1520 S Rockford Ave
- Park and meet on the Quincy Avenue side. Church doors will be unlocked…come in!
- There will be a baptism in the chapel on the 16th street side, so please avoid that door.
- Participants pick a spot to sketch on their own, using their own supplies, inside or outside. Cherry Street sites are an option.
- Meet up back at 11:30 am at check in for a throw-down to share your work.
- Only dry media is allowed inside - absolutely NO water media, paint or liquid is allowed inside (including but not limited to pens, oil paint, watercolor, or acrylic paint). No personal folding chairs or tripods are allowed inside.
- If you need to sharpen a pencil, please bring a pencil sharpener that will contain the shavings.
