Tulsa Health Department - Health Screening

Early detection of chronic diseases can result in earlier treatment and improved health outcomes. Activate Oklahoma has partnered with the Tulsa Health Department to provide free health screenings for our Breaking Barriers members.

Health screenings include:
High Blood Pressure/Hypertension
High Cholesterol/Hyperlipidemia
Diabetes
Anemia

Health screenings will be available at 5:00 pm before our Breaking Barriers walk and after our walk. We will have shade, chairs, and cold drinks on hand in case there is a wait.

The Tulsa Health Department will return in October so everyone has a chance to see how their physical health has changed during our 3-month walking program.
