But visualization is a radical act.

When we come together to see, feel, and speak the future we long for, we begin to build it.

Join us for a Future Self Sound Visualization, a collective healing experience that blends breathwork, sound bath, guided visualization, and NSDR (non-sleep deep rest) to help us reset our nervous systems and reconnect with a shared vision for what’s possible.

This is not a performance. It’s a practice—

of rest as resistance, imagination as reclamation, and embodiment as resilience.

Together, we’ll ground in the present, imagine forward, and hold space for the future our community deserves.
