Tulsa Artists’ Coalition's Legendary 5x5 Show & Sale — 25th Anniversary!
Get ready to create! 2025 marks the 25th anniversary of the Tulsa Artists’ Coalition’s (TAC) beloved 5x5 Show & Sale, a Tulsa tradition since 2000! Join us in celebrating this milestone by contributing your artistic talent to this exciting fundraiser benefiting local artists through the TAC Gallery.
What is the 5x5?
The 5x5 Show & Sale is a unique opportunity for artists of all levels to showcase their work. Over 150 artists contribute 5" x 5" artworks, which are then sold for $55 each. The energy is electric as art lovers line up to snag their favorite pieces at the opening reception! 100% of the proceeds directly support local artists through the TAC Gallery.
How to Participate:
Get Your Canvas: TAC will provide up to two 5" x 5" canvases per artist (while supplies last). You may also use your own 5" x 5" canvas or surface or create a 3D piece within a 5" x 5" x 5" size.
Canvas Pickup: Available starting March 1st at:
TAC Gallery (9 E Reconciliation Way) during gallery hours: Fridays 6-9 pm & Saturdays Noon-5pm
Ziegler’s Art Supplies (2217 E Admiral Blvd) Monday-Friday 9 am-5:30 pm and Saturday 9 am-4 pm
Create Your Masterpiece: Let your creativity flow! Any medium is welcome.
Prepare Your Artwork:
Important: PRINT your first and last name and email address legibly on the back of your piece. This ensures proper credit.
Hangers (hooks, wires) are not needed. Our volunteers will mount the canvases.
Submit Your Work:
Deadline: Saturday, April 26, 2025
Drop-off Locations:
TAC Gallery (9 E Reconciliation Way) between Noon and 5 pm
Ziegler’s Art Supplies (2217 E Admiral Blvd) between 9 am and 4 pm
Late submissions may not be included.
Donation: 5x5 artworks are donations to the fundraiser and become the property of TAC. Unsold art can be reclaimed by the artist for a $10 donation to cover canvas cost (if provided by TAC).
