Acupuncture + Restorative Yoga

Relax the mind and body with a unique unification of asana, pranayama and acupuncture. The body sometimes stores emotions from unprocessed trauma to the everyday complications of life. Using acupuncture along side breath and movement, affords the body a greater opportunity to release stress and relax the physical body. Join yoga teacher and acupuncturist Thalia as she teaches a mindful restorative yoga class comfortable enough to complete in pjs, while we slip into a restful parasympathetic state increasing the body’s ability to rest and digest.
