This one is personal party 🎈 team. I have always wanted a stage since I saw Kalliope at Bonnaroo 11 years ago. The whole point of owning Blokes was to realize the dream of Chad and I having our own stage to enjoy our own lil’ mini Roo whenever we wanted.
This year, when Bonnaroo got cancelled, yet again, Short Mountain Distillery opened their amazing 400 acre property to us, again.
For the second time, they dazzled us with their charm and hospitality and Axel Raighn was the DJ who saved us. We were a small group this year, unlike the 2,000 Roo Refugees of years ago. Axel swayed and vibed at the DJ booth like he was playing at Roo for a hundred thousand beautiful festie people.
This weekend, and we hope for many others, we bring you a beautiful piece of Bonnaroo… no, not Bonnaroo…we bring to you the Short Mountain Experience. The kind that rocks you even in the rain. The Axel Raighn.
We are delighted to introduce this new music edge to Blokes, and hope you enjoy the spirit of my motivation to dedicate myself and my time to boosting us all through music and silliness.
